Dhurandhar 2 Box Office Day 11

Dhurandhar 2, directed by Aditya Dhar and headlined by Ranveer Singh, continues its unstoppable box office run. After a record-breaking opening week that crossed ₹1000 crore worldwide, the spy thriller maintained strong momentum in its second weekend, setting new benchmarks both in India and overseas.

Box Office Update

Released with a massive premiere, the film earned ₹674 crore net in India in its first week. After a slight weekday dip, it rebounded with ₹41.75 crore on Friday, ₹62.85 crore on Saturday, and a record ₹68 crore on Sunday—marking the biggest second Sunday ever for an Indian film. This pushed its 11-day domestic total to ₹847 crore net (₹1012 crore gross), making it the highest-grossing Hindi film domestically and surpassing the ₹840-crore record of its predecessor, Dhurandhar.

Internationally, the film has also performed exceptionally well. It opened with $7 million and collected over $22 million in its first weekend overseas. With a strong second weekend adding nearly $3 million on Sunday alone, its total international earnings have reached approximately $38 million. In doing so, it has overtaken Baahubali 2: The Conclusion to become the highest-grossing Indian film in North America.

Beats First Part

The film’s global total now stands at ₹1365 crore, surpassing the lifetime collection of Dhurandhar (₹1307 crore). It now ranks among the top-grossing Indian films, trailing only Dangal (₹2070 crore), Baahubali 2: The Conclusion (₹1788 crore), and Pushpa 2: The Rule (₹1724 crore). If the current pace continues, it is well on track to cross ₹2000 crore globally.

About the Film

Alongside Ranveer Singh, the film features R. Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, Sanjay Dutt, Sara Arjun, and Rakesh Bedi in key roles. Released on March 19, the sequel builds on the success of the original, which had earned around ₹1300 crore worldwide and continues to run in theatres.
